    HOW TO BOOK THE BILLABONG SURF CAMP

    1- Complete the booking form online, selecting the services you wish, then submit it. You may also send an email to info@billabongsurfcamp.com
    2- We will reply to you within 24 hours with availabilty and rate.
    3- To secure bookings, we request a 50% deposit via bank transfer. The remaining amount can be paid upon arrival.
    4- After we receive confirmation from our bank that payment for your booking has been made, we will send you a confirmation email with details on travel options and check in.

     

    PAYMENT METHODS

    1. We ask for the payment of the deposit via bank transfer. Our bank details will be provided after confirmation of availability and rate.

    2. The second half of the payment is due upon arrival in cash or by card.

    Booking policy

    PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

    1. Deposits paid are not refundable. There will be no partial refund of surf lessons included in the surf packages.
    2. If the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to arrival, the deposit paid can be saved for a future reservation within a period not exceeding one year, of the original booking date. The client may select one new date for the stay, provided space is available in the chosen period. Possible price differences due to the season must be paid by the client. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to arrival, there will be no refund or change of date.
    3. For bookings of “Surflessons only”, we have a 24 hours cancellation policy. Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the day of the lesson will not be refunded.
    4. A reservation will be cancelled if all required data are incorrect or incomplete. In the case of any payment by bank transfer, Billabong Surf town reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case data reflected on it are different than those indicated by the web.
    5. The reservation and booking policy is confirmed and agreed to, with the deposit transfered.

    UPON ARRIVAL

    1. For bookings of “Surflessons only”, we have a 24 hours cancellation policy. Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the day of the lesson will not be refunded. Surflessons booked with a Surfpack Suite or Comfort are not refundable.

    2. Accommodation: no refund in case of early departure. Injuries and accidents: no refund of accommodation in case of an earlier departure.

    3. Surflessons booked with a Surfpack basic: 24 h cancellation policy, to be refunded. Surflessons booked with a Surfpack Comfort or Suite are not refundable.
