PUNTA ELENA OR ROCKY POINT

Punta Elena aka Rocky Point is a reef break in the city of Corralejo. You can overlook this spot from our Camp terrace and it is only a short walk along the beach to get there. It is a very popular surf spot that is suitable for all levels. Beginners can stay in the inside, more advanced surfers can surf the outside. There are both left- and righthanders. The best swell direction is from north, northwest or west. The spot can get crowded sometimes.

COTILLO

To the south of el Cotillo town, on the northwest coast, you find some beautiful beaches, great for surfing when the conditions are right. Cotillo is an exposed beach break, suitable both for beginners and advanced surfers, depending on the conditions. It can offer great barrel sections but it tends to close out when the swell is overhead or the tide is wrong for the banks. Good place for beginners to practice the pop up in the white water. The spot works best with swells from the west and winds from the east.

LA CALETA

Caleta is a reef break located on the north shore of Fuerteventura, around 15 minutes drive from the Camp (via a dirt-road). The spot offers mainly lefthander but you can catch some righthanders too. It is suitable for all levels and can be surfed at any tide. The best swell direction is northwest and north.

PUNTA BLANCA

Punta Blanca is another reef break on the north shore. It is a great spot for intermediate surfers, less so for beginners because you need to paddle a lot to reach the line up. The spot offers beautiful rights but unfortunately it can get quiet crowded here. The spot works best with high tide and works with swells from the west, northwest and north.
